1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TakeAICourse.com(the "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform — including browsing the site, creating an account, or purchasing the course — you (the "User" or "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms").

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, please do not use the Platform. Your continued use following any updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.

If the User is under 18 (eighteen) years of age, they must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before using the Platform.

2. Description of the Service

TakeAICourse.com is an online school offering online courses focused on artificial intelligence, automation, and technology, designed for professionals who want to stay current and apply AI in their work.

Nature of the courses: all courses offered through the Platform are classified as online professional development courses. As such:

They do not constitute formal or accredited education (such as undergraduate, graduate, or vocational degree programs) and are not accredited or certified by any government education authority.
They do not confer any degree, diploma, or other officially recognized academic credential.
Certificates of completion issued by the Platform attest solely to the student's participation and performance in a non-accredited course and serve as evidence of professional development and skills training.
Courses may be used toward continuing-education or supplementary hours at the discretion of each individual institution.

The Platform offers an all-access membership that unlocks its full library — currently 12 AI courses, 8 books, and 500+ prompts. The catalog, course structure, and content may be changed or updated at any time without prior notice; updates are included with an active membership.

3. Registration and User Account

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account and provide true, complete, and current information. By registering, the User:

Confirms that they are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or have the express authorization of a parent or legal guardian.
Agrees to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
Is solely responsible for keeping their access credentials (email and password) confidential and for all activity that takes place under their account.
Must immediately notify TakeAICourse.com of any unauthorized use of their account or any other security breach by emailing [email protected].

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, that violate these Terms, or that are used in an abusive manner.

Each account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing access credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the account, with no right to a refund.

4. Plans and Payments

4.1. The Membership and Its Price

The Platform offers an all-access membership billed at $10 (ten US dollars) per month or $80 (eighty US dollars) per year (two months free). An active membership grants access to the full library, including all video lessons, books, workbooks, prompts, and future updates. The membership renews automatically until cancelled.

4.2. Access to Content

Access to the paid content requires an active membership linked to your account. You must create an account in order to start your membership, unlock the content, and keep your progress history. Access remains available for as long as your membership is active.

4.3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.("Stripe"), an international payment platform headquartered in the United States. By providing your payment information, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Your credit or debit card details are transmitted directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection (TLS/SSL) and are not stored on our servers. Stripe is certified PCI DSS Level 1, the highest security standard in the payments industry.

4.4. Recurring Billing and Cancellation

The membership is billed on a recurring basis — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose — and renews automatically through Stripe until you cancel. The User receives a payment confirmation by email for each charge.

You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. After cancellation, no further charges will be made and your access remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

4.5. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept credit and debit cards from the major international networks (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and others), subject to Stripe's availability in your region.

4.6. Price Changes

The Platform may change the membership price at any time. Any change to your recurring price will be communicated by email in advance and will only take effect on a future renewal, never on a charge already processed. If you do not agree to a new price, you may cancel before your next renewal.

5. Right to Cancel and Refund

We offer a 7 (seven) calendar-day money-back guarantee on new memberships. A User who starts a new membership may request a full refund of their most recent charge within 7 (seven) calendar days from the start of that membership, no questions asked. You can also cancel at any time from your account, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period.

To request a refund within this period, the User must:

Send a request to [email protected] within the 7-day window, with the subject line "Refund Request."
Include their full name, the email address registered on the Platform, and the date the membership started.

Once we receive the request, the full refund of your most recent charge will be processed within 10 (ten) business days using the same payment method used for the membership. The Platform will send a confirmation of the refund by email.

After the 7 (seven)-day period, charges are non-refundable and refunds are not automatic, although requests involving billing errors or duplicate charges are always reviewed in good faith. You remain free to cancel renewals at any time. See the Refund Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content made available on the Platform — including, but not limited to, video lessons, text, slides, exercises, sample code, supporting materials, trademarks, logos, design, layout, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of TakeAICourse.com or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws and by international treaties.

The User is granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and view the content solely for personal learning purposes. The following are expressly prohibited:

Reproducing, copying, distributing, transmitting, publicly displaying, sublicensing, or commercializing the Platform's content, in whole or in part.
Recording, capturing the screen (screen recording or screenshots for redistribution), downloading, or extracting video or audio content by any technical means.
Using the content to create derivative works, competing courses, or training materials without prior express written authorization.
Removing, altering, or obscuring copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary markings present in the content.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Platform's software.

Violation of intellectual property rights may result in the immediate suspension or termination of the User's account, without prejudice to any applicable civil and criminal remedies under applicable law.

7. Acceptable Use

By using the Platform, the User agrees to:

Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, applicable law, and standards of good online conduct.
Not share, resell, or transfer access to their account or to the Platform's content to any third party.
Not use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or other automated means to access, collect, or extract data or content from the Platform.
Not interfere with the operation of the Platform, including attempts to overload servers, exploit security vulnerabilities, or circumvent technical protection measures.
Not post or transmit, in forums or interactive areas of the Platform, any content that is offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, pornographic, violent, that incites hatred, or that violates the rights of third parties.
Not use the Platform to send spam, phishing, or any kind of unsolicited communication.
Not impersonate any person or entity, or provide false information about their identity.

Failure to comply with these rules may result, at TakeAICourse.com's sole discretion, in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of the account, with no right to a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TakeAICourse.com:

Does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Does not guaranteeany specific professional, financial, or academic results from using the courses. Results depend solely on each User's own effort, dedication, and individual circumstances.
Is not responsible for decisions the User makes based on the course content. All material is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice.
Is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or business interruption.
Is not responsible for third-party content linked to or referenced in the courses, including tools, software, APIs, or external services mentioned as part of the course materials.

In any event, TakeAICourse.com's total liability to the User shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the User during the 12 (twelve) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The limitations above do not apply where applicable law does not permit such a limitation.

9. Availability and Maintenance

TakeAICourse.com uses commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, temporary interruptions may occur for scheduled maintenance, system updates, or reasons of force majeure.

Whenever possible, scheduled maintenance will be announced with reasonable advance notice on the site or by email. Temporary interruptions do not entitle the User to compensation or a refund, except as required by applicable consumer protection law.

10. Changes to the Terms

TakeAICourse.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through:

A prominent notice on the Platform.
An email notification to registered Users.
An update to the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Changes take effect on the date they are published. Continued use of the Platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If the User does not agree to the changes, they must stop using the Platform and may request account deletion.

For material changes that affect the User's rights or obligations, TakeAICourse.com will provide at least 15 (fifteen) days' notice so that the User can review them and decide whether to continue using the Platform.

11. Termination

The User may close their account at any time by contacting us by email at [email protected] or by using the options available in the Platform dashboard.

TakeAICourse.com may suspend or terminate the User's account, at its sole discretion, in the following cases:

Violation of any provision of these Terms.
Engaging in unlawful acts or abusive use of the Platform.
Payment chargebacks or fraud confirmed by the payment processor.
A judicial or administrative order.
Discontinuation of the Platform's operations.

If the account is terminated, the User will lose access to all premium content. Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware and the applicable federal laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

For the resolution of any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware, without prejudice to the option to use alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation and arbitration, where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence.

13. General Provisions

Severability: if any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver: any failure by TakeAICourse.com to enforce a provision following a breach of these Terms does not waive its right to require compliance with that obligation at any later time.
Assignment: the User may not assign or transfer the rights and obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of TakeAICourse.com. TakeAICourse.com may assign its rights and obligations to third parties upon notice to the User.
Entire Agreement: these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the User and TakeAICourse.com regarding use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
Language: these Terms were written in English. In the event of any translation into other languages, the English version shall prevail.
