Institutional standards
How this school is run.
TakeAICourse is an English-language school for practical AI. 17 courses and 85 lessons are published today. This page explains who is responsible for them, how they are written and reviewed, how errors are corrected, and what you agree to when you enrol.
Last reviewed . This page is reviewed at least once a quarter, and after any material change to the catalogue, the price or the refund terms.
Who we are
TakeAICourse.com is operated by CodeAustral LLC, which is responsible for the catalogue, the payments and the student accounts. The school teaches the use of third-party AI tools. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by the companies whose tools it teaches, and it does not present itself as a university or a regulated educational institution.
The catalogue is written in English for working adults: people who need to produce a document, read a spreadsheet, prepare a campaign, or automate a repeated task. No previous AI experience is assumed on the beginner courses.
The team and who is accountable
The school works with a small editorial team rather than an anonymous content pipeline. Responsibilities are published by role, so you know which part of the school answers for what:
- Editor, curriculum
- Owns the catalogue structure, the lesson standard and the final approval of every published course.
- Subject reviewers
- Review lessons in their field before publication and again when the tool changes. They can hold a lesson back.
- Corrections desk
- Receives error reports, logs them, and publishes the correction with a date.
- Student support
- Answers access, billing and lesson questions from a real inbox, not a chatbot.
The person accountable for this page and for the editorial standard can be reached directly at hello@codeaustral.com. Requests about a specific lesson are routed to the editor who approved it.
Editorial policy
Precision before persuasion. These are the rules the catalogue is held to, and the rules you can use to judge it.
01
We publish the task, not the hype.
Every course is built around a job you can finish: a document, a spreadsheet, an image set, a working automation. Each lesson states the tool it uses, the input it needs, the steps, and how to check the result before you rely on it.
02
We name the limits.
Lessons say when a tool needs a paid plan, when an output has to be reviewed by a person, and when a result cannot be guaranteed. Where a course touches money, health, law or personal data, the page says what the course is not: it is not professional advice, and it does not replace a qualified reviewer.
03
We date the material and we mean it.
Pages carry a publication date and an update date. The update date changes when the content changes, not when a page is re-published. When a tool changes enough to break a lesson, we revise the lesson and note what changed.
04
Commercial relationships do not buy a verdict.
No company pays for a positive review, a ranking position or a place in a course. When we compare tools, we state the versions and the date of the comparison, and we say which criteria we used. If we cannot test a claim, we do not publish it.
05
A person reviews before publication.
Drafting may involve AI assistance, including the same tools we teach. Every published lesson is read and approved by a member of the editorial team, who is responsible for its accuracy, its examples and its warnings.
06
Plain language is part of the standard.
The reader is a professional learning a tool, not a specialist being impressed. We define a term the first time it appears, keep sentences short, and move jargon to the pages where it belongs: this one, the privacy policy and the terms.
Corrections policy
If a lesson is wrong, outdated, or gives advice that could cost you time or money, tell us. Send the page address, the sentence you believe is wrong, and what you expected instead, to hello@codeaustral.com with the subject “Correction request”.
We acknowledge every correction request within five business days. A factual error that affects a lesson is fixed in the lesson itself, and the page receives a dated correction note describing what changed. Where the error changed a recommendation, the note says so.
We do not silently rewrite a page to hide a mistake, and we do not change an update date to make an old page look new.
Certificates
Courses include a certificate of completion issued by TakeAICourse.com. It records your name, the course, the study hours declared on the course page and the completion date, and it can be checked through a public verification link.
It is a record of professional development. It is not a degree, a professional licence, or an accreditation from a university or a regulator, and it does not by itself qualify anyone to practise a regulated profession.
Enrolment conditions and refunds
There is no free course and no trial account. The catalogue is paid. Prices are published before checkout and are not disclosed only after an application: US$15 a month, six monthly payments of US$20 (US$120 total), or one payment of US$100. Individual courses cost US$20. The price that applies to you is the price shown at checkout.
A monthly plan can be cancelled at any time and remains active until the end of the paid period. After six instalments, or after one payment, access does not expire. New purchases are covered by a seven-day refund window, explained in the refund policy. Student accounts, purchases and progress records are kept when a plan changes.
Access is personal. Sharing an account, reselling course material or republishing lessons is not permitted and is described in the Terms of Service.
Contact
